Rolletna’s promise to our clients is simple, we are at the forefront of our industry in delivering stylish, contemporary and elegance in window treatments for both internal and external application. Design and architectural elegance has become the forefront of Rolletna Window Furnishings. We are constantly evolving and creating new product lines to reflect the international changing trends. We source the latest materials and fabrics from Australia and Europe to create a seamlessly innovative and modern solution for our clients.
Rolletna has been operating since 2003, and our showroom and factory are located in 601 Botany Road, Rosebery. We are a family run business where people, perfection and quality are the most important thing to Owners Jamie and Fiona. We are unique because we provide Australian designed and manufactured blind solutions that are custom styled and built in our Rosebery factory that is attached to the showroom.
Our Core Service Philosophy
There is a dedicated sales and support team operating from the showroom, whose professionalism and experience drive them to provide each client with the best products to suit their individual situation. Rolletna is proud to say that they retain customers for life, and the very success of their business is built on word of mouth referrals. We have a philosophy to consult with our customers and to ensure that customers choose the right product. If we are unable to provide a solution to meet our customers requirements this is acknowledged and we will refer you to another supplier who may be able to assist.
Rolletna knows that there are three critical points where our customers get to experience our service offering. We focus on these to provide the best possible customer experience and believe that the best outcome for us is when our customers are truly happy. Because if our customers are happy there is a chance they may tell a friend about us. We like this because it helps us save on marketing (selfish perhaps…)
The three critical areas we provide for the most rewarding customer experience are:
1. Choosing the right product with the assistance of trained consultants; with the right product and quality components the best solutions are achieved.
Unlike many window furnishing suppliers, our sales team are employed and paid a wage. This means they are not financially impacted if they miss a sale. Other suppliers prefer to pay their sales staff 100% commission which means if they miss a sale, it will impact their weekly pay. At Rolletna we have trained consultants to help you make the right decision and not sales people striving for every dollar they can muster.
Rolletna offers true unbiased advise and we will say no when the product will not work as a customer may had hoped or dreamed.
2. Installation. Here we leave our final impression where our aim is to make it a great one. Our installers are known to be courteous, clean and professional. Like our sales team we employ our install team on hourly wages and they are instructed to put quality before quantity. Where some companies pay their installers per blind and in effect incentivise them to do as many blinds in one day as possible, Rolletna is not interested in this, quality always comes first.
3. After Sales Service. Whilst we a confident enough in our Australian made products to provide a 5 year warranty, we are not arrogant to suggest that things won’t ever go wrong. Be assured that if there is a problem with any components or fabrics, we will come out and happily rectify any problems.
